Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost? 
Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer all customers free Domestic and International Shipping for orders over $30. For orders under $30 shipping rates apply depending on your location.

For Non-US Customers * Please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely for international orders outside of the United States. Your local customs office can assist with any customs duties outside of our control.

What are your shipping and processing times?
Standard Shipping 
Domestic:
United States: 4 - 14* days

International:
Canada: 10 - 18* days
Rest of the world: 7 - 21* days

Processing Times
Due to circumstances beyond our control, we're experiencing longer processing time than usual. Please allow 5-7 business days from the date you placed your order for it to be dispatched. We're doing our best to ship out as fast as we can.

Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive a notification via email providing you with a tracking number. If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

In some instances the delivery may take longer than expected. External factors might cause shipping delays such as surge in product demands, international customs processing for international orders, holidays and other factors that we cannot control.
