While we do our best to ensure that you have an amazing experience with us, we understand sometimes things don't quite work out. We are 100% committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your order.
Yes! We offer immediate order cancellation if you change your mind within 24 hours of your order being placed. Gadfever reserves the right, at its discretion, to reject any order cancellation requests made past this time if the order has already been processed.
We offer 100% cash refunds for any/all item(s) in your order. Your refund will be processed to whatever payment method you used when placing your order.
Note that you will receive a refund in the amount of your purchase minus a non-refundable 3% credit/debit card processing fee that is charged when placing your order. The same rule applies to orders processed through PayPal.
Please note that you will be responsible for any and all return shipping costs in case of change of mind. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs if the item you are returning was damaged upon arrival, in which case you must send us photos/videos of the product upon arrival.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If EXP/IMP duties need to be paid upon receiving your international return to our office, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
