Q. So far I have been unable to connect the ear cleaning tool to my phone even though they're both charged up. How do I get it to connect?

Open the app. Choose which device you have on the menu. The back of the box tells you which one you have. Hit start. Hit the orange tab on the bottom that says connect to WLAN. Turn on your probe. Wait for the Beebird to show up. Tap it and wait for it to connect.
