Can this be used with masks?
Yes, The point at which the temperature is taken is the forehead. Between the eyes above the eyebrow. So unless the mask is covering that area this will work.

Can it be used on the back and/or neck?
Sorry, this thermometer can only take the temperature of your body by placing it in the center of the forehead. Other areas of the body may give you inaccurate results. 

Does this device have bluetooth connection?
No, this thermometer cannot be connected to any bluetooth app. It essentially gives you temperature on the screen.

Does this work outside?
This device will work outside, but extreme ambient temperatures will have an effect on your readings.
